The main villa is Rusororo Retreat, in the Rusororo area of Kigali. We are sharing the area now so guests can choose hotels, serviced apartments or private villas nearby and make group movement easier. The exact house address and pin will be shared privately with confirmed guests.

The main celebration base is in the Rusororo area, on the eastern side of Kigali. Think quiet residential hills, easy access toward the city and a convenient base for the wider programme. Exact house address and Google Maps pin will be shared privately with confirmed guests.
WHERE TO BOOK
Stay close to Rusororo.
Guests are welcome to arrange their own accommodation. For convenience, we recommend looking first around Rusororo, Masaka and the Kabuga corridor, rather than booking purely in central Kigali.
- Rusororo / Masaka / Kabuga — search these areas first for serviced apartments, guesthouses or private villas close to the group base.
- Kigali Serena Hotel — premium central alternative if you prefer a five-star city stay.
- Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre — premium city option near the Convention Centre.
- Kigali Marriott Hotel — another polished central luxury option.

Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
If you are travelling to Rwanda from Nigeria, Rwanda’s current guidance requires a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate for entry from Yellow Fever endemic countries.
Plan ahead: Rwanda Biomedical Centre advises travellers to be vaccinated at least 10 days before travel. Carry your Yellow Card with your passport and keep it accessible during your journey.

Do I have to stay in the villa? +
No. The villa is our preferred group stay, but guests may arrange their own accommodation nearby.
Are 11–12 November confirmed? +
Not yet. The core programme is 6–10 November. We are using the RSVP responses to understand who is available before committing to any 11–12 November extension or related bookings.
Can I join only for part of the trip? +
Yes. Tell us your dates and we'll help you plan around the main celebrations.
What should I wear? +
Breakfast: Beige, Cream & White. Dinner: Black Tie & Masquerade. The outfit inspiration above shows the vibe.
Do I need a Yellow Card? +
If you are travelling to Rwanda from Nigeria, yes — carry a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate and make sure it meets the current entry requirements before departure.
